Protect My Rights PA

ProtectMyrightsPA. org was created by a PA resident and property owner in order to present a focused voice of opposition to Forced Pooling and Zoning Exemptions (Use by Right) for the oil and natural gas industry.

The site was not produced by an organization or a political group. This issue is of concern to all residents of PA, regardless of political party or position on oil and natural gas exploration and extraction. Forced Pooling violates PA private the property rights granted in Article 1 of the PA Constitution and Zoning Exemptions (Use by Right) is a way to restrict the local zoning powers granted by the PA Municipal Planning Code.

These are our rights, lets all work together to preserve them -- they should not be traded for tax revenue.
