The Board of Supervisors of Pine Creek Township, Clinton County, Pennsylvania, hereby give Notice that a Public Hearing will be conducted by the Board at which time they will consider adoption of an amendment to the Pine Creek Township Code of Ordinances. Said Ordinance provides for the regulation of oil and gas exploration within the Township. The Board of Supervisors shall consider, and if appropriate, enact the proposed amendment at their regularly scheduled meeting immediately to convene following the Public Hearing. A complete true and correct copy of the full text of the proposed amending Ordinance is on file at the Pine Creek Township Municipal Building or at the law offices of Robert D. O'Connor, Jr., and may examined, or copies purchased, by members of the public during business hours. A copy of the proposed Ordinance is also available for inspection at the newspaper publishing this Legal Notice and at the Clinton County Law Library, Clinton Courthouse, Lock Haven, Pennsylvania.
