Your Health & Fracking - DuBois
I’m sorry this is such short notice, but the planners had some difficulty with logistics and I was only notified earlier this afternoon. Scroll down to green for list of speakers.
I’m encouraging as many people as possible to attend this event. It is important that we hear from those whose health and well-being have been adversely affected by the Marcellus shale development, and it is also imperative that we hear from insiders who will share their insights on gas industry practices. Mac Sawyer is a man who worked for the drilling companies for many years, and his testimony is based on his first-hand knowledge. Joe Giovannini is featured on a YouTube presentation discussing the horrors that beset him when the drillers moved into his neighborhood.
You may have heard some of the stories about how Marcellus shale development has caused a wide array of problems; now you will be able to hear some of them first-hand.
Please consider attending this event, and feel free to invite others. We really need to get the word out. It is anticipated their messages will be powerful indeed. Again, I apologize for the short notice, and I look forward to seeing you on Monday. Thanks very much.
Mike Kamandulis - Elk County C.A.R.E.S.
