PA Stream Monitoring Training
Training conducted by Trout Unlimited staff and volunteers, using a field manual and resources developed by PATU and TU, as well as training resources developed by the Alliance for Aquatic Resource Monitoring (ALLARM) of Dickinson College.
Training sessions cover topics ranging from basic environmental concerns of gas extraction in the Marcellus Shale to hands-on water quality sampling. If you are a coldwater fisherman or hunter and have concerns about Marcellus Shale gas drilling in your area, this day‐long training will cover all aspects of gas drilling and what you, as an angler or hunter, can do to look after your favorite waters.
