Allegheny County Council votes AGAINST PA Act 13
Apr 18 2012On 4/17/2012 Allegheny County Council voted to support the lawsuit filed by PA towns in opposition to Act 13. .

The EPA promised it would provide residents of Dimock, PA with water last Friday.
Within 24 hrs., on Saturday, the EPA totally reversed this action - now they are NOT delivering water to Dimock & the won't say why.
